Advanced Pharmacist - Urology, Vascular and Orthopaedics
Band 8a
Trosolwg o'r swydd
This is based at the Kent and Canterbury Hospital in Canterbury. This will be a great opportunity for an experienced Pharmacist to develop the Clinical Pharmacy service, working closely with very enthusiastic speciality teams. This is also an opportunity to put your prescribing into practice working with pre-admission patients.
Being an NMP would be essential and if needed, enrolment on the course will be fully supported by the department.
On a daily basis you will oversee a team of rotational pharmacists and clinical technicians supporting the Urology, Vascular and T&O services. The role will work closely with the Lead Surgical Services Pharmacist, other surgical leads and the critical care team.
We would consider candidates able to work at a band 7 to 8a progression
At East Kent Hospitals Trust we are passionate about developing our employees and this post is also suitable for those candidates who may not have their leadership / NMP qualification and would like to be considered for the post under the Annex 21 training structure
