£56,388 - £62,785 Inc HCAS Per annum pro rata
Full time - 37.5 hours per week
Bromley is an outer London borough with a diverse population where we are pioneering pathways to care for the local population by delivering NHS services using Neighbourhood teams integrated between PCN's and Bromley Healthcare. Exciting opportunities are available for cross-sector working in a variety of posts resourced via the ‘Additional Roles Reimbursement Scheme’ (ARRS).
Individuals will work within supportive teams, mentored by appropriately skilled colleagues.
The post holder will demonstrate courageous and critical thinking and will be a caring, compassionate and committed experienced nurse who, acting within their professional boundaries, will provide care for the presenting patient from initial history taking, clinical assessment, diagnosis, treatment and evaluation of care.
They will demonstrate safe, competent clinical decision-making and expert care, including assessment and diagnostic skills, for patients within the general practice.

Main duties of the job
The post holder will commit to demonstrating critical thinking in the safe clinical decision-making process. They will communicate and work collaboratively with the general practice team to meet the needs of patients, supporting the delivery of policy and procedures, and providing clinical leadership as required.

- Relevant nursing/ HCPC degree
- Registered Nurse/HCPC MSc or equivalent
- Mentor/teaching qualification
- Extended/independent nurse/AHP
- Clinical supervision training and experience

- Recent primary and community nursing experience
- Experience of Nurse/AHP-led management of minor illness, minor ailments and injuries
