This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and experienced Registered children’s nurse with proven clinical skills to become a ward based clinical leader within a busy inpatient paediatric department and  Children's assessment unit based at the William Harvey Hospital in Ashford. 

We are seeking Team members who are motivated, passionate and strive to provide high standards of care to all children and their families. To lead in the delivery of professional nursing care to patients ensuring the highest possible standards of care are received by children/ young people and their carers while in the ward/unit.

To assist the ward manager and deputise as appropriate in their absence.

To act as an excellent clinical role model and team leader to all staff.
