Job overview

We are recruiting for a Medical Secretary - Elderly care who shares our vision to be trusted to provide consistently outstanding care and exemplary service to our patients.

Main duties of the job

Act as point of contact for patients and medical staff on behalf of the consultant and their team ensuring that all enquired are answered with skill, sensitivity and in a courteous and professional manner.

You will be responsible for the provision of an efficient, comprehensive personal assistant and administrative support service to the Consultant/s and any other members of their team/s.  

You will be required to work independently using their own initiative and must apply a high degree of confidentiality to all aspects of their work.

In this role you will  use of Lorenzo and DictateIT systems to ensure accurate and efficient records.

Undertake these duties without direct supervision, working within broad procedural guidelines.

  • Demonstrable secretarial and administrative experience
