Salary per annum: £24,102 - £25,608

Salary per hour:  £12.36 - £13.13

Location: Much Hadham, Hertfordshire

 

We are seeking caring individuals with a passion for improving the lives of children and young people. It is an exciting time to join St Elizabeth's as we look to grow our offer and increase our admissions for 2024 and beyond - come and join us on our journey to Outstanding! 

 

What we can offer

·       Full time, part time or Bank hours available – between two or five shifts per week

·       Mixed shift pattern of earlies and lates (07:00 – 14:30/ 14:15 – 21:45)

What you’ll be doing

·       Daily care and living support, which includes personal care

·       Promoting independence and learning in line with well being

·       Encouraging fun leisure and social activities

·       Ensuring a safe, secure and clean home environment

·       Food preparation and cooking meals

·       Administering medication (full training provided)

 

What we are looking for

You'll be passionate about supporting children and young people to ensure they reach their goals and have the best possible futures. Ideally you will have some previous experience of working in care or education, but if you can commit to being dedicated, patient and adaptable with excellent communication skills, then you are just the person we need!

The salary range advertised is based on full-time equivalent and appointment on the scale is dependent on the role, qualifications and experience.
