SCW are a leading healthcare provider committed to delivering high-quality child health services. Following the successful tender of the East Midlands contract, we are expanding our team to enhance our capabilities and continue providing exceptional care to our patients.

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SystmOne Child Health System Specialist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing the SystmOne Child Health System (TPP), ensuring accurate and efficient health record management, and supporting our strategic initiatives in the East Midlands region.

The primary aim of the CHIS Senior Systems Specialist role is to manage the administration of the CHIS system, ensure the accuracy of the data held therein, and to monitor and maintain all incoming data flows.

•    Provide system configuration and administration of the child health information systems, including the maintenance of reference data and configuration of templates and protocols.
•    Monitor and maintain effective data flows, supporting the uploading of data to the systems.
•    Coordinating the testing of software upgrades and data migrations.
•    Provide line management for the CHIS System Specialists.

The role will be based within the Child Health Systems team that form part of the CHIS Informatics. The Systems Team Consists of 11 members of staff, and the post holder will report to the Child Health Systems Manager.

Despite the fast-paced nature, we maintain a strong focus on work-life balance, ensuring our team members have the support they need to thrive both professionally and personally.

  • Experience of working to tight timescales in high-pressure environments
