We're looking for motivated individuals to join our fast-growing ecommerce business at our office based in Shoeburyness, Essex. Experience is desirable but not essential.
Joining our existing ecommerce & operations team, the successful candidate will contribute to the end-to-end customer experience, from photography, customer service, fulfilment, after sales and merchandising.
This is a bank contract with work predominantly being undertaken over the summer period, for 6 weeks.
Main duties of the job
- Photography of merchandise
- Research into value of items
- Drafting and producing copy for all listings
- End to end customer experience
- Answering emails/ calls
- Postage of items sold
- After sales customer support (telephone & online)
- Assisting with training of volunteers in the studio.

Person specification
Skills & Experience
Essential criteria
- IT literate
- Ability to produce high standard photography of saleable items
- An interest of and understanding of online retail
- A good standard of written English
- Ability to manage own time effectively
Desirable criteria
- Experience of working in the Charity sector.
- Experience of working with Volunteers.
