Job overview
An exciting opportunity to join the Podiatry Team in South Essex as Clinical Lead supporting and developing the delivery of foot care within an integrated community collaborative.
This role will offer the opportunity to:
Provide vision and professional leadership to the community Podiatry.
Ensure that the service delivers the best possible high quality personalised care, which is dynamic, proactive, innovative, safe and responsive to health needs.
Promote excellence in clinical practice in the delivery of the Podiatry Services.
Deliver a compassionate, dignified and respectful service to patients at all times.
Support transformation of foot pathology services across the Mid and South Essex Community Collaborative.
Main duties of the job
The role will encompass leadership to the team, development of the service, adherence to budgets, governance and quality assurance. The post holder will collaborate with stakeholders in maintaining and developing high quality care.

Here at EPUT we maintain our own bank of specialist staff to ensure that we are able offer safe and effective care at all times.
All our permanent staff are automatically enrolled onto the staff bank however this does not mean you have to work any additional shifts, but the option is there for you if you wish.

Detailed job description and main responsibilities
As Clinical Lead for Podiatry your will be responsible for oversight of the service including supervision and appraisal of service teams leaders, dealing with daily clinical operational issues as they arise. The role will involve providing governance, leadership and clinical direction to the service by collaborating with various stakeholders.
