Job overview

The Talent for Care team are offering an exciting substantive position opportunity, for someone who is motivated to drive forward and assist in the shaping of essential Talent for Care Apprenticeship agenda.

You will be responsible for coordinating and developing support for apprentices across all programmes, as well as assisting with the promotion of apprenticeships.

The position is for a substantive contract working full time Monday – Friday with flexibility to work occasional evenings and weekends. The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge of working in the health sector, apprenticeships and managing people.

Please note interviews will be held in person at Colchester Hospital on 7th August 2024.

Main duties of the job

  • To work collaboratively with the Talent for Care Lead to ensure the service delivery standards (KPIs) are achieved 
  • To provide a professional, confidential and proactive service to managers and staff in relation to the Talent for Care Agenda
  • To act as an ambassador for the department and for the Trust by coordinating regular meetings and events to promote Talent for Care objectives
  • Act as an ambassador for the Trust, ensuring the positive development of the Trust brand, championing the Trust’s values and promoting the progression of the Talent for Care Get in Agenda
