Job overview
The Technology Systems Support Specialist will provide a single point of contact for all stakeholders in relation to System issues and incidents for the Provide Group of companies.
Will be the Access System expert for the Provide Group, advising on strategy, developments and solutions
Main duties of the job
Responsible for receiving notification of problems and support requests, investigating and managing System incidents, reporting, and dealing with them and their resolution in a professional manner and keeping staff informed of progress.
Management and delivery of technical solutions which involves: Analysis and interpretation of faults, using judgement as to the appropriate corrective actions.
To ensure deployments of new functionality meets the organisations standards and procedures
Assist and support user audits when requested

Detailed job description and main responsibilities
To provide exceptional standards of support to all customers and support a variety of products, services, and platforms. This will be achieved by acting in both a proactive and reactive manner and ensuring that all performance targets are adhered to. Resolutions should be provided in an effective and timely manner working to ITIL based frameworks. Provide advice and training for staff In addition; the Technology Systems Support Specialist will give technical assistance with System projects and be involved with the testing and deployment of new functionality.

Essential criteria
- Proven experience of Access System knowledge, configuration and coding
Desirable criteria
- TPP Train the Trainer or equilavent
• Significant experience of rolling out new System functionality

- Experience of leading new functionality projects
Experience and understanding of Registration Authority (RA) and how this relates to Systems
