Job overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Apprenticeship Delivery Team to support with a wide range of administrative duties. This is an ideal time to join as the team is rapidly expanding to meet the workforce needs of the Trust.
Based at Colchester General Hospital.
Applicants will need to demonstrate:
- Confidence to work on their own initiative,
- Work well as part of a busy team
- Have good general IT skills across a range of software programmes
- Be willing to learn and develop
Interviews will be held on 18th December 2024 at Colchester General Hospital
Main duties of the job
The role will involve:
- Diary and timetable management
- Cohort planning
- Tracking and following up applications to our programmes
- Preparing paperwork for sign ups and on-boarding
- Supporting with monthly reports for our governance meetings
- Supporting with marketing events where required
- Supporting the administration of our new Apprentice HCSW Academy including work placements and progress tracking
