We're looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a supervisor and help drive change across our friendly and hardworking department.

Working within the Catering Team, you will have access to the best in class training in this field which will enable you to develop your skillset. and have the opportunity to implement improvements that will enhance our patients' experiences, inspire staff to be the best they can be and also have access to the best in class training in this field which will also enable you to develop your skill set.

If successful, you will  become part of a hard working, determined and forward thinking team, supporting in driving efficiencies across the trust within Catering Services to ensure the best patient experience is provided at all times.

Main duties of the job

To organise and supervise on a daily basis the Patient Services Assistants. To ensure the provision of an efficient and quality service whilst meeting the dietary needs of all patients. To ensure that all catering staff are compliant with the uniform policy and provide a courteous service to all patients and ensure that all duties and responsibilities are carried out in accordance with all Health and Safety procedures.
