We are seeking to recruit a dynamic and innovative Band 3 Health Case Assistant to work in the Goole Community Nursing Team for the Integrated Nursing and Conditions services within CHCP CIC. This will be a permanent contract within the team up to 34 hours per week. The successful applicant will be joining an integrated community nursing team delivering holistic high quality nursing care to a dedicated client group. You will be joining a dynamic and proactive nursing team working in partnership with associated health and social care providers.
