Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust are recruiting a Nursing assistants to work within the Queen's Centre Outpatient Department.
We are looking for highly motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join us on a full-time basis.
The successful candidates will be responsible for supporting the registered nursing team in providing direct high quality patient care. You will work under the supervision of the Senior Sister and in partnership with the registered nursing team.
Please note that this advertised vacancy does not meet the UKVI eligibility
requirements for a Skilled Worker Visa and therefore HUTH would not be able to issue a Certificate of Sponsorship for this role.
The hours of work will be Monday to Friday day shifts with no set pattern.

You must be able to demonstrate good communication skills, both verbal and written, have a flexible approach to working and previous evidence of effective team working.

Main duties of the job
To work as part of a large team within a busy Outpatient Department. This will involve supporting the nursing team to ensure the clinics are running efficiently and safely.
Work alongside the nursing and medical team and support as needed.
Support patients and their relatives whilst they are present in the department.
Use basic IT skills on a computer to help manage the clinics.
Assist as required with the cleaning schedules for the Outpatient Department.
