An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated, enthusiastic, experienced and suitably qualified nurse to join our dynamic and progressive Supportive and Palliative Care Team at East Sussex Healthcare Trust.  We are an established team providing an inpatient consultancy service across two hospital sites to support patients with malignant and non-malignant disease with specialist palliative care and end of life care needs.

We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills, who can work autonomously and as part of an inter-disciplinary team with the ability to prioritise and work to deadlines without compromising care. It is essential that you have at least 5 years post registration experience with 2 years working at band 6 or above in palliative care either in a hospital, community or hospice setting. There are 2 posts  with the potential for a full time post and a part time post or two part time posts depending on candidates.
