Our Responsive Services are made up of multidisciplinary teams providing a seven day service.

We deliver:

  • A rapid response to people in the community who are experiencing acute episodes of ill-health
  • A supported discharge service to facilitate timely hospital discharges
  • Short term support for people who require assistance with activities of daily living
  • A rehabilitation service including a range of therapies

We have recently received the green light to expand our current urgent care work and are looking for a wide variety of people to join us, including Band 6 Occupational Therapists. There are full time and part time posts available, which allows the post holders to have greater flexibility in working hours.
