Trosolwg o'r swydd

The successful post holder will be working as a Digital Project Officer in the Clinical Digital Transformation Team who are responsible for supporting all clinical change within digital and data services. 

The post holder will provide organisational, administrative and task support for any projects and workstreams. They will act as the first point of contact for any team enquiries and related workstreams. They will support with coordinating workstreams,  monitoring of progress and associated documentation and administration.

To provide administrative , organisational and task support (eg Process 
Mapping, Testing of developments, system administration, fault/issue 
logging)for a programme and/or project(s) and related work streams.

To act as a first point of contact for all internal and external enquiries about the programme and the projects/work streams within it.

To manage one or more work streams within the programme or project and escalates to the Project Lead or Manager any deliverables which will not be achieved as planned.

To support the project manager(s) or Project Lead in monitoring the progress of projects.

Oversees the maintenance and updating of the information libraries and databases across the programme/project(s), providing summary reports as required.

May organise governance meetings required by the Programme/Project 
Management Frameworks.

To promote at all times a positive image of people with mental health conditions and learning disabilities.

To promote at all times a positive image of the IT Department and the wider Trust

Due to the nature of the role it is essential that applicants are able to travel independently across the locality and have access to a suitable vehicle for business purposes. If necessary, adjustments can be considered in accordance with the Equality Act 2010.

The team are a small team within the digital and data department and are made up of nursing and AHP professionals. The team were formed as part of the EPR programme but will remain as a permanent team within the department to support clinical changes to systems but also improve the engagement and liaison between clinical services and D&D.

Experience

  • Demonstrable experience of managing a defined piece of work including: o Planning o Monitoring essential tasks and taking appropriate action o Meeting deadlines o Using Microsoft packages o Writing reports o Effective communication o Note or minute taking o Adhering to defined procedures and guidelines, audit
  • Team working

  • Experience of working in NHS
  • Experience of working in a Programme or Project Office
  • Experience of organising meetings/conferences/ workshops

Knowledge

  • Understanding of the Trust’s Quality Improvement System (QIS) within agree timescale
