An unique opportunity has come about for the Admin Team Leader for the Memory Assessment Service. We are looking for an enthusiastic person who has experience of managing staff, with excellent administrative skills. The role requires the Admin Team Leader to be able to drive and have their own car. The base for this role is at Alderney but the admin team are all over Dorset. The Memory Assessment Services works 9am-5pm Monday to Friday. 

Day to day management of the admin staff ensuring that all tasks are delegated and that there is cover from 9am-5pm. 

Responsibility for the recruitment, induction, training and development of all the admin team. Providing support and supervision for all the admin team. 

Work with the Team Leaders and Service Lead for Memory Assessment Service to ensure the consistent implementation of trust policies, procedures and protocols.

To ensure the provision of an effective admin service within MAS Dorset. 

 To provide administrative support to MAS Team Leaders.

 To manage the administrative services and staff for MAS Dorset

 To operate a range of confidential manual and computerised information record systems and to develop new systems in line with policy.

 To ensure that the administration team provide a high standard of Customer Care, prompting, adapting and sharing good practice between departments and team.
