Job overview
We are looking for a dynamic rota coordinator to take responsibility for the surgical rota.
In order to be successful in this application you will need to be able to plan, organise and deliver rota administration within the department. You will work alongside a well established rota coordination team consisting of coordinators and administrators.
The role will involve working closely with the service managers, theatres, directorate manager and clinical colleagues.
This is an exciting time to join the recently merged trust. This in turn will create a lot of opportunities to effect change and deliver services in a positive, inclusive manner.

Qualifications
Essential criteria
- Management/Leadership qualification to degree level or equivalent knowledge and experience of administrative duties in an NHS environment.
Desirable criteria
- Expertise acquired through training and relevant experience in implementing administrative and organisational policies and procedures.
Experience

- Significant administration and clerical experience
- Demonstrable experience in rota development and administration to a high level
- Experience in an administration/HR function such as bookings, rotas, leave planning or waiting list management
Desirable criteria
- Experience of delivering and leading change to meet service need
