Main duties of the job

You will take responsibility for improving and sustaining performance across a wide range of workforce metrics and regularly review these with your management teams.

You will act as an interface between the operational management teams and the centralised transactional services, ensuring effective communication in relation to the establishment position and recruitment needs.

If you embody our values of one team, compassionate and innovative and are looking to make a real difference to peoples’ lives, then we would love to hear from you.
