Child and Family Health Devon

Child and Family Health Devon (CFHD) have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Administrator to join our friendly Single Point of Access  (SPA) Team at Capital Court,  Exeter.

The post holder will have a key role in call handling and mailbox management as well as referral management within our clinical system and providing general administrative and organisational support for the wider business support function.

This is a  permanent full time position.

Main duties include:

  • providing excellent customer service by responding to incoming telephone queries in a timely and accurate way
  • processing  incoming referrals to specific teams
  • general administrative tasks
  • use of electronic systems
  • preparation of electronic and paper files
  • assisting with reporting and compilation of data
  • processing of incoming correspondence

Experience

  • Clerical, administrative or reception experience.

  • Clerical, administrative or reception experience. Experience within a customer care, healthcare, education or social care setting.

Qualifications

  • Good general education e.g. GCSEs or equivalent.

  • NVQ level 3 Business Administration or equivalent experience
