ROC Lead Schedulers are responsible for delivering resourcing services to the Trust. This includes planning Relief shifts, processing annual leave requests and allocating annual leave to keep us in line with our KPIs. We manage all sickness calls for the Trust, book specified training days for operational colleagues and support our colleagues with shift swap requests, overtime requests and many other general queries which are managed through numerous Outlook email accounts.

Not only do we support our Trust colleagues on a daily basis but we also support our Paramedic students and ensure each student has a Mentor to work with.

This will include testing and roll out of software updates, providing help facilities and being responsible for information and records.

The ROC is responsible for facilitating the operational needs of the service and considering the requirements of Trust employees whilst strictly adhering to Trust Policy, SOP and relevant legislation.
