We actively recognise the role of adversity in shaping a range of difficulties that may present as criminogenic factors or as disruptions to well-being and resilience. We strive to incorporate trauma sensitive practice into all aspects of our work; assessment, risk assessment, formulation and intervention.

We similarly strive to embrace the wisdom and expertise of people who use our services and look to develop policies that ensure that people who access our services can collaborate in establishing the direction of service development.

We are a growing team and welcome applications from psychologists who have an interest in promoting, practicing, and advocating trauma sensitive forensic work and wish to embrace the complexities of such work.  We would offer regular supervision and development opportunities and would support applicants through personal and professional development.
