Job overview

Base: Radbourne Unit, Derby, DE22 3WQ

We are looking for a Personal Secretary/Unit Administrator to work up to 37.5 hours per week.

The post holder will be required to work with the Senior Management Team based in the Radbourne Unit

The post holder will play a pivotal role supporting them with diary and meeting management essential to the day to day running of our NHS Trust, and looking after the Unit as part of the support for the management team.

Main duties of the job

If you have excellent diary management and meeting experience and would like to support our Area Service Managers, this post could be for you!

We are looking for someone who:

  • has high quality secretarial skills
  • can prioritise their own work
  • has experience in diary/email management
  • can take notes of meetings
  • can arrange meetings via Outlook
  • can produce documents to a high standard
  • can deal with all telephone enquiries

Essential criteria
  • Typing qualification (to RSA III standard) or equivalent typing or word processing qualification/ demonstrable experience
  • CLAIT/IBT2/ECDL or equivalentor equivalent IT qualification/demonstrable experience
