Job overview

Come and join our team working for Community First at Perth House Assessment Hub.

Community First provides short term support to help people regain independence in their own homes following a period of ill health or hospital admission.  For those unable to return directly home from hospital may have a short stay in Perth House where we support in re-enabling to regain independence to return home.

The reception position will work as part of a friendly team in the reception office based at our Assessment Hub Perth House. You will be the face of our service for all visitors to the establishment, working Monday to Friday 11.45am - 15:30pm.

You will have great communication skills, and should be a keen team player with a friendly, positive and sensible approach to work in our ever changing, fast paced environment.

Main duties of the job

You will meet and greet our visitors. Deal with telephone call enquiries and face to face enquiries sensitively, confidently and in professional manner.

You will have the ability to work with a number of IT systems and software, cover a range of general office duties and prioritise your work.

Working as part of a team you will have excellent communication skills, with a 'can do' ethos working in a busy environment.
