The successful applicant will be supported with their development by more senior staff in each of the different clinical areas. They will also have the opportunity to take part in dedicated training sessions for our rotational physiotherapists which happen monthly and to receive peer support through our buddy system.
Please note that successful external candidates will be required to pay for their own DBS disclosure. The cost will be deducted from the first salary payment. Further details of the disclosure and barring service check will be confirmed upon offer of employment.

'I am really proud to lead such a fantastic team. I started as a rotational Physiotherapist at Chesterfield over twenty years ago and I am delighted to still be here! The department is friendly, fair, flexible and is fantastic at supporting and developing staff. I genuinely believe there is no work family quite like ours! Working in the NHS is never going to be without its challenges; however, working with such a wonderful group of people makes it a pleasure.'
