Urology Staff Nurse

Job overview
A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Staff Nurse to develop existing and new skills in the Urology speciality by joining our established Urology team working 24 hours per week. Working with our friendly and approachable team you will support Consultants in the delivery of patient care to an exceptional standard.
This is a temporary 9 month post.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will carry out nursing duties in accordance with the NMC Code of Professional Conduct and ensure all Professional Standards and Trust Policies are complied with.
The post holder will work under the direction of the departmental sister to ensure that the Urology Outpatient Department continually provides a high standard of nursing care and treatments to patients and their families by assisting medical and nurse specialists to ensure the smooth provision of services to patients attending the department.
The post holder will develop and demonstrate necessary skills in the Urology Department.
