Receptionist Community Midwifery bases

Job overview

An opportunity has arisen for a motivated individual to join the Community Maternity Team at Chesterfield Royal Hospital as a Receptionist.

The post consists of rotating  between the four  Community Midwifery bases, providing  reception / administration support throughout the week, which includes some weekends and bank holidays

Applicants will be supported with their learning and development needs with a comprehensive induction and training programme.

Main duties of the job

The post holder will provide high quality support for midwifery staff in the  4 community  locality bases, undertaking a range of administrative/ reception and clerical duties to support the community service.

The post holder will rotate between the bases as required to meet service needs.

  • Previous experience in a receptionist role

  • Previous NHS experience
  • Knowledge of NHS IT systems
