If you are looking for an interesting and varied position and would like to work as part of a friendly and busy team this could be the position you are looking for!
We are recruiting Receptionists to join the team in the Acute Medicine. You will help to improve the patient’s experience and quality of care within the Acute Medicine Business Unit.
Prif ddyletswyddau'r swydd
You will be working front line in a challenging environment and should have the ability to interact with patients and staff on a daily basis in an efficient and friendly way and stay calm in any situation. You will be responsible for ensuring that the correct information is recorded using a variety of IT systems, whilst dealing with a variety of queries.
You must be motivated, with good communication, inter-personal and administration skills. Acute Medicine is committed to developing and enhancing skills that you currently possess and will offer you the opportunity to gain further skills via a range of training courses designed to suit your own needs.
The post is permanent. Hours will be worked as 11.5 hour shifts over a 24/7 rota. Shifts include days, nights, weekdays, weekends and bank holidays on a rota system. The post will cover all shifts and so flexibility is crucial to this role.
