Job overview
An excellent opportunity has arisen to work as a Receptionist in our trust site based at Endcliffe Mount, Deepdale Buisness Park in Bakewell.
You will be our front-of-house receptionist, delivering an efficient and effective service.
This post has interesting and varied responsibilities, including typing, word processing, data input, general office duties and front-of-house duties.

Main duties of the job
It is essential that you have excellent written and verbal communication and organisational skills.
You must be able to prioritise work and respond to any queries from service users, staff, the general public or other agencies in a professional manner.
You should have demonstrable experience or possess RSA II typewriting or word processing, have a good standard of spelling and grammatical accuracy, with previous experience of using Microsoft Office Packages.
You need to be able to demonstrate a clear understanding of confidentiality issues, be well-motivated and reliable.

Educational and Professional Qualifications
Essential criteria
- RSA Word Processing/Typing Grade II or equivalent Typing qualification / demonstrable experience.
Desirable criteria
- Audio Typing
- ECDL / or equivalent IT qualification / demonstrable experience.
