Job overview

Band 3 People Services Assistant (ESR)
Permanent, 37.5 hour per week

People Services has an exciting opportunity for an outstanding individual to work within the ESR (Electronic Staff Record) Team.

The People Services directorate provides advice and transactional services to employees and managers across the organisation. If you would like to work in a customer friendly, quality focused service, within a collaborative and supportive team, this may be the job for you.

This role will initially be based in the ESR Team, however as and when required, the role holder may be required to work across Transactional Services Teams (Recruitment, Reporting, Roster, Temporary Staffing).

Main duties of the job

We are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking administration assistant to perform basic systems administration and offer advice and support our employees and managers. Our team is friendly, supportive and receives great feedback from our customers.

You will be a team player, positively promoting co-operation and contributing to ongoing service improvements and system/functionality rollouts. This role requires excellent organisation, communication and customer service skills.

This role requires the use of web based systems, including ESR (Electronic Staff Record) and Microsoft Office applications. Full training on our systems will be provided to the successful candidate.
