Perinatal Clinic Administrator

Job overview

This role has been created to support the implementation of the Perinatal Pathway to provide full administrative support to the service as it evolves.

The successful candidate will support the Clinical supervisor with the setting up of clinics and associated administrative tasks and will be a point of contact for service users.

We anticipate the remit of this role will diversify and expand as the development of this new service progresses and as such we are looking for a dynamic individual who can flexibly evolve with us.

Main duties of the job

In particular the post holder will be responsible for:

        Working closely with the Clinical Supervisor to identify suitable clinic locations

        Liaising with colleagues in both the Women’s and Children and Community Midwives team to create opportunities for vaccinations

    Creating supporting clinic materials including posters/information leaflets

        Recording the administration of the vaccine.

        Supporting other administration roles within the clinic.

        Administrating of some meetings to include note taking

        Undertake audits as required

        Be prepared to travel to clinics

        Monitoring of email inbox and associated correspondence

        May have to attend some online meetings and support feedback
