An exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join our team as a Clerical Officer within Clinical Imaging at St Michaels Hospital, Hayle, providing an efficient Imaging booking service for the Trust. We are a forward-thinking service offering an excellent team environment and development opportunities.
Prif ddyletswyddau'r swydd
The main duties of the role will be to assign appointments for all Clinical Imaging modalities and be the point of contact for patient cancellations, telephone enquiries and any other duties relating to the booking process, however other duties will include reception and general administration duties. The role will include rotating through our peripheral Hospital receptions and at Royal Cornwall Hospital, Truro.
Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills are essential. You will also need to be flexible with a willingness to work rostered evenings and weekends, have an appreciation of the confidential nature of the work and be able to manage a workload to meet pre-determined targets.

- Experience interacting with people

- Experience in NHS Radiology department
Practical and Intellectual Skills

- Ability to organise and prioritise workload.
- Basic knowledge in using Information Technology for Data Entry
