Job overview
Ward 11 is seeking an enthusiastic and hardworking Ward Assistant to join our team.
Our team is friendly, motivated and committed to providing high quality, expert care in care of the Older Person.
Main duties of the job
As an integral part of our team the postholder will be expected to maintain stock levels and reorder stock, good housekeeping, bed area cleaning and preparation and provide general support services to our busy ward.
Previous experience is desirable but not essential as full orientation and training will be given.
This post will close when sufficient completed applications have been received.

Applicant requirements
The postholder will have access to vulnerable people in the course of their normal duties and as such this post is subject to the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 (Exceptions) Order 1975 (Amendment) (England and Wales) Order 2020 and as such it will be necessary for a submission for Disclosure to be made to the Disclosure and Barring Service to check for any previous criminal convictions.
