We are looking for a forward thinking and enthusiastic Radiographer who wants to join our friendly team and gain a wide range of experience.
An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Radiology department at South Tees Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust (STNHSFT) for a Band 6 Plain Film Radiographer to work primarily within the Community Sites of STNHSFT. The services within the community sites are varied and host a wide range of clinics including those held by consultants from the acute sector.
The successful candidate will be a role model for demonstrating our Trust's values through their leadership attributes and be committed to providing high quality, patient focussed patient care.
Although the successful candidate will be employed by STNHSFT, there will be an expectation of collaborative working across the Tees Valley in the future should the need be required. However, this role is primarily for STNHSFT Community Plain Film services. The successful candidate will join the Community Plain Film roster STNHSFT and work across all service sites. Successful candidates will be an employee of STNHSFT and managed as per the governance arrangements currently in place for Radiology and the organisation.

The Radiology service is dedicated in facilitating continuous professional development and role extension/advanced practice. There are more than 30 Advanced Practitioners within the service, with specialist experience in fluoroscopy/interventional radiology, mammography, ultrasound, CT, MRI and plain film radiographer reporting.
South Tees Hospitals is the largest hospital trust in the Tees Valley with two acute hospitals and services in a number of community hospitals.
