Clinical Secretary

The  Mental Health Access Team  covering the Central Cheshire  location  currently have an exciting opportunity for a part time Clinical Secretary to work within a multi disciplinary team based in Vale House, Winsford.

The role involves working alongside a team of nurses, administration staff and a consultant. 

Previous administrative experience is essential and a working knowledge of systems and software programmes i.e. Winscribe, and other Microsoft office applications.

This post is part time 22.5 hours per week.

To provide comprehensive Medical Secretarial support  to the Consultant and Clinical Team. Tasks include:-

Booking appointments

Writing letters, using Windscribe

Updating records

Managing  diaries

Coordinating meetings

Managing waiting lists

Liaising with other health staff and outside agencies, GP's etc.
