An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic and enthusiastic Band 3 Administrator to join the team.

This is a fantastic new opportunity to join the Neuro / LD CYP Services to work on SEND projects.

We are looking for someone who has experience in using Microsoft office, experience in working with the public

Hours:  Working hours will be based on 22.5 hrs a week with flexibility on start / finish times. 

This will be mainly Hybrid working but may have to come into base as and when required.

You will be offered support from the wider Neuro/LD CYP Services

Although previous administration experience is desirable, we are first and foremost looking for individuals with a passion to work in a health care setting, those with a 'can do' attitude and importantly due to the nature of the work people who have a flexible approach to working.

We are seeking to appoint an experienced individual who is able to provide a strictly confidential administrative service making full use of electronic communication, computers and databases to support the effective delivery of the role and exercise total discretion at all times when working with the team and outside agencies.

Excellent time management and communication skills are essential for this role.  We require an individual that can respond appropriately to sensitive information, and to be able to effectively support and help young people and their families that use our services.
