An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Facilities Management Team. The team are responsible for providing support to all localities and Care Groups, we provide soft FM for over 80 sites, both inpatient and community and employ over 350 staff.

As the department has continued to expand, due to additional services that we are providing.

Prif ddyletswyddau'r swydd

The role will be based in our Ellesmere Port Regional Distribution Unit (RDU) but will be required to support all of our sites across the CWP footprint.  Therefore, the role will require somebody who has flexibility with travelling across our Trust wide Sites, with access to transport. 

To oversee the operational management of the facilities teams across CWP and to ensure that all Facilities teams are fully compliant with all audit requirements in line with various NHS Standards. 

To support the Facilities Managers in ensuring that all staff are managed effectively in line with CWP Processes and Procedures set out by Human Resources.
