An exciting opportunity has arisen for us to welcome a new People Information, Systems Support Manager for a period of 9 months to cover Maternity Leave. 

The successful candidate will have expert knowledge of People Systems including Electronic Staff Record (ESR), Allocate Optima (Healthroster), Allocate Loop, EASY Expenses, Attendance Line and Wagestream. 

Knowledge of Salary Sacrifice, Staff Benefits and Allocate Safecare is also advantageous.  

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the successful deployment of people information systems and maximising the utilisation and benefits of existing systems, processes and procedures.  

This is a hybrid working role, welcoming home working where possible. The successful applicant will be based at Redesmere, Countess of Chester Health Park with the expectation to work from base every Friday in addition to attending any face to face meetings at various CWP sites as and when required.  

Necessary equipment to support home working will be provided for the period of the contract.

Prif ddyletswyddau'r swydd

  • To provide specialist knowledge, guidance and support on a wide range of people information systems including Electronic Staff Record (ESR), e-Roster (Allocate Optima/Healthroster), e-Expenses (EASY), Attendance Line and Wagestream. 
  • To lead the effective roll out of people information system projects across the Trust. Work closely with the wider workforce and management teams to ensure the successful implementation and utilisation to achieve maximum benefits from adopted systems. 
  • To produce effective communications to system users regarding pay relating deadlines, system updates, best practice, and other relevant changes.
  • To ensure that all people information system guidance and user guides are up-to-date and adhere to best practice. To design and deliver people information system training as required.
  • To lead the Systems Support function of People Information.
  • To develop and maintain strong working relationships with external stakeholders such as external Payroll provider and Suppliers.
  • Produce timely, accurate and information reports relating to rostering and e-expenses including ad-hoc requests and investigations as and when requested.
  • To ensure that all NHS guidance, A4C T&Cs, HMRC, GDPR regulations relating to data standards are followed and applied throughout all people information systems, raising any concerns or queries through the necessary channels.
  • To manage, investigate and resolve any concerns about data quality and security for people information systems.
