The Clinical Psychologist / Clinical Lead will offer highly specialist psychological assessment of children and young people presenting with complex mental health difficulties. The role will involve offering case discussion / debrief to support psychological thinking about families, and offering psychological advice and guidance to colleagues in relation to cases with high levels of risk and complexity.

The post holder will be responsible for a range of clinical governance activities, to ensure safe, effective and high-quality service delivery. They will develop the workforce through provision of clinical supervision, psychological consultation, and continuing professional development, to members of the team.
