This role will be part of the Swansea Bay Integrated Partnership - Medical & Clinical Frontline Team within Procurement Services.
The role is to co-ordinate the timely delivery and management of a range of allocated contracts, including the category strategy that offers value for money, utilising a range of electronic tools and stakeholder engagement.
The process from the identification of demand through to the award and publication of contracts in line with the published contract programme ensuring compliance with Organisational standards and relevant legislation.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will support the Head of Procurement and wider procurement team in providing a procurement service through excellent customer service, administration and management of new and existing contracts.
In addition to the criteria outlined in the specification you should demonstrate how you would apply your commercial acumen and utilise your skills to deliver in the complex changing environment within NHS Wales.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
The team is based in Neath Port Talbot Hospital, Baglan, with an element of home/agile working as part of the role.

- Qualified to CIPS (Level 4 Diploma) or equivalent experience
- 5 GCSE's Grades A-C including Maths & English or equivalent experience
