Trosolwg o'r swydd

To be responsible for undertaking all administrative tasks and clerical duties as delegated by the Ward Manager / Senior Clerical Staff for Inpatient Wards and Day Hospital Units.

 Liaises with: Staff in Medical Records, Outpatients, Directorate Management Team, Clinical and Medical Ward Staff, other departments within the UHB, other hospitals and external health agencies as appropriate

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a ward clerical assistant to join the MHSOP administration team.

We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, organised, self-motivated and enjoys working as part of a busy team.

The position of ward clerical assistant requires good computer skills, although training of specific systems (PARIS) will be given, computer literacy is essential.

We are looking for someone who enjoys meeting new people and has excellent communication skills, and has the ability to prioritise their own workload and work well in a multi-disciplinary team.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
