Clerical Officer - ED/ACU - Peterborough
Band 2

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Band 2 Reception Clerical Officers at Peterborough City Hospital supporting the Emergency Department and Ambulatory Care Unit.
You will be required to work a variety of both day and night shifts across the centre supporting three reception areas within Emergency and Urgent Care Division. The receptions services provide support 365 days per year.
Emergency Department:
- 07.00 - 19.00 hrs
- 19.00 - 07.00 hrs
- 08.00 - 18.30 hrs
- 15.00 - 21.00 hrs
- 18.00 - 03.00 hrs
- 07.00 - 16.00 hrs
Ambulatory Care Unit:
- 08.00 – 20.00 hrs.
- 08.00 - 16.00 hrs
Please note the post holder is required to partake in both day and night shifts.

Assisting with administration services for three reception areas:
- Main Emergency Centre reception - booking in walk in patients for both ED and the Urgent Treatment Centre .
- Ambulance Bay reception - booking in patients who arrive by ambulance.
- Ambulatory Care Unit reception - administrative and customer services support for outpatient clinics running seven days a week.

- Customer service experience
