Main duties of the job

As a Nursing Associate, your role will encompass a variety of clinical and technical duties. You will apply your expertise in Head and Neck Specialties, maintaining up-to-date knowledge through continuous professional development. Your responsibilities will include acting as a Scrub Nurse or Circulator in theatres, handling both Local and General anaesthesia procedures in Ophthalmology and OMFS settings. You will admit patients, provide pre-operative care, and support post-operative recovery, particularly in Local anaesthesia cases. Additionally, you will conduct specialised tests and manage outpatient clinics efficiently, adhering to timelines and guidelines.
