An opportunity has arisen for a full-time, 12-month fixed-term maternity leave cover for the position of Band 6 Medical Photographer at the North West Anglia NHS Foundation Trust.
We offer a comprehensive Medical Photography service for all specialities, including but not limited to plastics, dermatology, oral surgery, ENT, and ophthalmic photography, across the North West Anglia Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will be responsible for the provision of clinical photography and illustration and will work across all sites, including Peterborough, Hinchingbrooke, and Stamford.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Photography or a related subject, and previous experience in clinical photography and proven photography knowledge, along with skills in Adobe CCS, photographic equipment, Microsoft Office, and IT.
Main duties of the job
- Undertake the major proportion of the workload involving patient episodes.
- Perform other medical illustration tasks as directed by the Department Lead.
- Ensure the standard of work produced meets the high expectations set by the Department Lead.
