Main duties of the job

As an R&D Facilitator, you will lead the input and maintenance of governance information on the LPMS across the Trust, ensuring data completeness for effective research monitoring and reporting. You will advise researchers, both internal and external, on fulfilling Trust R&D policies, perform thorough R&D approval checks for research amendments, and liaise with trial centres and departments to gather necessary information.

Additionally, you will manage team communications and calendars, ensuring smooth operations. While guided by protocols and SOPs, you will use your judgment and escalate issues to R&D managers when needed.

Working for our organisation

We are dedicated to fostering diversity and inclusivity within our workforce and warmly welcome applications from individuals of all backgrounds, with a particular emphasis on encouraging those from disabled, Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) communities, as well as candidates from our local area.
