Main duties of the job
- Assist with strategic capital projects within the Estates and Facilities team.
- Ensure legal compliance and high-quality, efficient delivery of projects.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive project success.

- Educated to degree level or equivalent experience.
- Project Management qualification

- Programme management experience
- Demonstrable experience of managing contractors
- Experience of budget management
Skills
Essential criteria
- Highly computer literate to include Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint
- Advanced communication skills both written (complex report writing) and orally including advanced formal presentation / facilitation skills
- High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Desirable criteria
- Confident in the use of spreadsheets and project planning software
