Main duties of the job

  • Assist with strategic capital projects within the Estates and Facilities team.
  • Ensure legal compliance and high-quality, efficient delivery of projects.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive project success.

  • Demonstrable experience of managing contractors
  • Experience of budget management

Skills

Essential criteria
  • Highly computer literate to include Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint
  • Advanced communication skills both written (complex report writing) and orally including advanced formal presentation / facilitation skills
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Desirable criteria
  • Confident in the use of spreadsheets and project planning software
