This is a unique and exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of a transformative healthcare initiative. We are seeking experienced and visionary professionals to join our team and contribute to the creation of a state-of-the-art healthcare facility that will set new standards in patient care and sustainability.

As the Target Operating Model (T.O.M) Director, you will lead the development of the Target Operating Model for the new Hinchingbrooke Hospital site. This role involves working closely with clinical and corporate teams to shape the future of healthcare delivery, ensuring that the new hospital is aligned with the Trust's strategic goals and the broader NHS agenda. Your leadership will be critical in driving the successful transformation of care pathways, workforce models, and operational processes.

• Lead the development of a comprehensive Target Operating Model for the new Hinchingbrooke site, ensuring alignment with clinical models and strategic goals.
• Collaborate with Trust Executives and system partners to integrate the Target Operating Model with other key programmes, such as EPR.
• Develop a detailed delivery plan for the Target Operating Model, including a transition plan for operational readiness in the new hospital.
• Provide leadership in the development of business cases, ensuring that the Target Cost Model supports the realization of benefits.
