As a Bank Midwife, you'll work at the heart of our Trust, caring for all pregnant, labouring and postnatal women.
As you provide support, guidance and care for mother, baby and family, we’ll support you through flexible shifts that fit around your lifestyle. We take pride in delivering responsive care to women and families. We serve a diverse population, covering a wide and varied landscape.
Main duties of the job
As a Bank Midwife you can undertake a variety of shifts with flexibility to support work life balance including early, late, long day and night shifts however hours and placements cannot be guaranteed.
Hourly Rates : Band 5 £13,84 + per hour; Band 6 £17,24 + per hour; Band 7 £21,31 + per hour
We are looking for reliable and self-motivated individuals with excellent communication skills. The ability to adapt to changing situations is essential. Our Bank Midwives are invaluable to us, and in return for their dedication and commitment, we offer the opportunity to work across all NWAFT sites and departments, gaining valuable skills and experience.
