Applications are invited for a Locum Consultant in Gynaecology with specialist interest in Menstrual Dysfunction, Ambulatory Gynaecology, to commence as soon as possible for a period of 12 months.
Main duties of the job
This post is designed to provide high-quality clinical care to patients presenting with problems relating to General Gynaecology as part of a team of consultants.
The key role of this post is the provision and development of outpatient/ambulatory gynaecology service. The aim is to provide a high quality one stop ambulatory gynaecology service.
You will be fully registered with the GMC and ideally have a CCT in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, or be within six months of award of CCT at the time of interview.

The applicant must have demonstrable skills in listening, reading, writing and speaking in English that enable effective communication about medical topics with patients and colleagues, as set out in the GMC’s Good Medical Practice (2013). Non-UK applicants must possess the IELTS/OET exam before obtaining a GMC licence to practice.
